Minutes:

• Aim: To give feedback to students on assignments and work submitted to it

• Agreed we should try to make some sort of minimum viable product first, program should be student facing and be able to take an input from a someone and provide some output that provides some constructive feedback. Agreed that it might be best to use a subject that has some staticness to it (curriculum doesn't change for the most part) so that data gathering is easier while we are prototyping.

• Nick will gather some data for us to use.

• Past essays, questions, graded work and marking rubricks are all suitable data

• Nick suggested integrating it with Canvas LMS

• Functions that the model could help with and carry out: drafting assignments, feedback, ability to personalise an assignment for different students (e.g. instead of creating 4 different versions of one assignment for different students who have different learning needs, the bot can do it)
